Current Valuation Still Cheapīy far, the number one reason I continue to own this stock is because it trades at a Price/FCF of ~8, a small fraction of the valuation of the broader market. Since we've hit my target with the stock at $25, I've done another deep dive into the company and still believe the stock is a buy, despite concerns around management's strategy for growth. I reiterated my buy and called for the stock to return to the mid-20s last November. I've been bullish on H&R Block ( NYSE: HRB) for a while, first pounding the table that shares were a screaming buy at $14 last September when the stock got pummeled from confusion around different tax filing deadlines and removal from the S&P500.
